Ram Couriers- By far the worst customer service
It is just impossible to get hold of them. I my third week of waiting on them to come and collect a parcel. I was told they come on the 20/11/2024 and there was no one available. I have been waiting every day from the 18/11/2024 up until today the 10/12/2024. I took out a contact with Elite Mobile but within the two days of receiving the two cell phones I was not happy and called them to cancel the order. after lots of calls to Elite Mobile and it is not easy getting through to them as well. They tell you the same thing to contact Ram on WhatsApp number. I was told I get three attempts for Ram to come and collect and if I am not available then what? Are they going to hold me accountable for the phones I don't want. How can I get out of this. Ram and Elite Mobile is by far the worst service ever!
I cancelled my contract with Elite mobile and I was told that you guys Ram will come and collect with in 7 to 14 days it's is now the third week and I am still waiting even though you guys said that you were at the delivery address and no one was available when there is always someone available should you collect the package.
COL - Reference 5-CT42OXXCF. I am not sure I'd this is the number.
I urgently need this package to picked up and delivered to Elite Mobile.
