RAM COURIERS - BROKEN AND DAMAGED BOX CAUSED PERFUME BOTTLE TO BREAK

Ordered Christmas gifts from Clicks Online and RAM Couriers delivered a damaged box although fragile stickers were on the box, the delivery chap said the box was slightly damaged! On Christmas day gifts were opened and the perfume bottle was broken, Clicks service has still not come back to us, when we reported the Couriers delivered a damaged box, they sent the message somewhere and NO ONE has contacted us. We will NOT be ordering from Clicks and we DO NOT recommend RAM Couriers.
