RAM couriers bad service once again

It is no wonder that they have such a bad rating. Just had such a no service friendly experience with them. Upgrade 5 contracts with Vodacom. They delivered all 4 Phones without proof of Residence. No just before Christmas they insisted for proof of residence. I am married and the account is in my Husband's Name. Ipumelo (Employer number 7261) from Ram said that they will need an affidavit from the Police station stating that I am staying in where I am staying. Nothing else will do. Very arrogant and definitely in the wrong position as supervisor as he is not service orientated. He said it is ***** to deliver the device without proof of residence. So Ram you are in for ***** for delivering 4 other devices to my address without me even being there in person and without proof of residence on any of these devices. Vodacom has my address on file and you are delivering it to my home address as from Vodacom not to an address they don't have on file. Seriously!!!! Should have canceled the contracts with Vodacom as I intended. It is just always a hassle. Second incident with delivering a phone. RAM check your supervisors they will cost you business. What is worst they should have delivered it yesterday but failed to. Phoned this morning early and again after 13:00 and was told the device is still at the warehouse. Terrible service, terrible Managers and supervisors!!!!
