Ram couriers bad service

Ordered last week, my delivery status has been on "in transit to hub" for 4 days, so it takes 4days to reach the hub, when it finally reaches the hub, how long is it going to take to reach me? I ordered on Friday from Cotton On & their courier service delivered today. It's not the festive season, your service is always slow & customer service even worse & on Wednesday I have to leave the Province for holiday!
