Ram Couriers Bad Service

Worst courier service ever. It is a nightmare trying to get in contact with them. The information summary when you track your parcel is utter *******. No attempt has even been made to deliver my parcel. No one has contacted me back to tell me what is going on. I have followed up numerous times and been made too many empty promises on the delivery of my item. I doubt I will ever receive my parcel.
