Ram couriers Bad Horrible Service
Service terrible and disappointing. I am waiting on a Parcel to be delivered over a week now already. Made arrangements with the driver. Set upt he time for delivery, driver was no show. No contact via calls or email. I've been calling Ram Customer service to try and fi d out what's happening. Spend over R200 airtime o trying g to get thru to them. Eventually got to speak to one of the consultants, made a new delivery time, guess what. Still no delivery. You cant even make a Customer complaint on the Ram website. It doesnt allow you too. How can such a big company have such poor and terrible service. Very very disappointing.
