RAM Couriers Bad Experience
RAM came to deliver RAIN aim card, but documentation needed not in place; I.e; original ID and not drivers license. Got it couriered from Pretoria, and fsirmed up an arrangement with RAM consultant for delivery today, Tuesday. Reorganised my day to be at home today. Lady just phoned *** @ 09h46 to confirm delivery for Wednesday tomorrow, which will not work for me as I’m flying out to Johannesburg early tomorrow morning. She too happy for me to say then cancell order and return to sender, not considering that I already paid R250. I already received 3 x calls from different RAM consultants prior to this call, every time to form up a delivery date. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Their easy prompting to cancel the delivery is inconveniencing me, as it is now Day 8 since I ordered and paid for RAIN package.

We have escalated the matter to the PE hub manager and they promised to have your parcel delivered today. They should be able to contact you for delivery at the soonest possible time.
