Ram couriers Bad, Bad service

I ordered a FNB cellphone online. Ram couriers SMS me the phone was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of Feb 24. I called l FNB and ask them to request RAM couriers to phone me when they arrive at the entrance, which is security gate and can only be opened by me from my house. I phone numerous times to get this sorted. Ram promised to phone me 1 hour before they will deliver. Nobody phoned and after I laid a complaint they said the driver cannot get hold of me. If the driver phoned as requested, I could have opened the gate and he could have delivered. I am not near entrance gate, it is a small holding. Please do not use Ram couriers, it is not my first bad experience. When I laid a complaint a lady Maria phoned me, saying she will phone the driver and phone me back. I am still waiting for the phone and call back. 😞 😞 Service. Very bad, non existent service.
