RAM Couriers are very unreliable

I am expecting a delivery through RAM and I keep getting email and SMS notifications that the parcel is out for delivery and on it's way to me but once I knock off from work, after I've waited till 5pm for my parcel, the system updates their process to unsuccessful, contact not available. I was not called or informed. Today, again, I was sent an email an 09:51 saying it is out for delivery, it now almost time to knock off from work and I still do not have my parcel. I sent an email, I called and I am just not getting any feedback. How do I proceed???
