RAM Couriers are USELESS
My parcel was scheduled to be delivered today 30 August. It was out for delivery 5am already. My complex security called me at 16:05 to let RAM in to deliver my parcel. I went outside to wait for them but after 40min of waiting I gave up. Their call center phoned then to ask if my parcel was delivered. I said no and that I am home they can deliver. The lady said she will call me back to confirm but after another 50min of waiting I gave up again and tracked my parcel on their website where it said they were unable to deliver because no one was home!!!??? USELESS!!

Kindly note that delivery will be stopped for today and the parcel will be brought back to the Hub. We will escalate the change of address request to the sender for approval and once feedback is received, our queries team will action and update the address on the waybill.
Please can I ask that you contact the sender as well to assist and FastTrack the process.
