Ram Couriers are useless
Ram was given a parcel (K***) from Vodacom for me last week Wednesday 3rd March at 08:11 to delivery. Twice they were here but refused to give me a call or to inform me as to the correct process what to do to let someone else to collect the parcel. When I phone they women that assisted me was not only rude she was grossly *********** as to their own process. They are absolutely useless.

The courier has attempted to deliver the parcel and was not able to get a hold of you at the address, twice.
The parcel has been returned back to the sender due to exceeded delivery attempts. Please contact the sender directly to re-order the parcel.
