Ram Couriers are the worst...
Horrible service and communication. I was suppose to receive a parcel. I phoned the company to which they rep**** the courier is 15min away. I then asked my wife to wait for the courier. 20 min later I arrived home to wait for them. I then receive a call 40 min after I have spoken to yhe agent the first time to confirm yhat I am at home. I obviously rep**** "yes" I am home. Again I waited for an hour. Phoned customer service to whicb they rep**** the driver attempted delivery and was unsuccessful. That is BS.. The driver didnt phone me. They supposively would reattempt delivery that same day which never happened. Thank Ram Couriers for making me cancel meetings and sitting at home waiting for you.. And the 3 representatives that would back to me with answers and never phone back. Disgusting...
