RAM couriers are terrible service providers
RAM couriers... Should be **** couriers
Not even talking about delays and empty promises. This company do not have their customers needs at heart.
After struggling for 4 months with a Vodacom enquiry (just as useless) RAM did a pick-up on 28 August at my home. Collected a cellphone. Driver was Filipai. Reference number COL ***6.
So we are in October now and imagine my surprise when I phoned RAM with Vodacom only to find out that the item is missing. This of course extending my nightmare with Vodacom.
RAM's service, customer care, timeliness, the list goes on and on... Everything terrible.

Please note that the collection reference number provided shows no tracking.
Please provide the date and time of when the parcel was collected by the courier. Also provide to us the V1P number that Vodacom booked the collection on. This number you should have been advised of before the courier came to collect the parcel from.
We will be happy to assist in recovering the parcel for you.

We need the time of collection, and the collection reference number that was booked by Vodacom. That way we can be able to investigate as to what happened to the collection that was done from you.

Why should I now phone Vodacom and struggle through their pathetic excuse for a call centre. It's not fair. I read negative comments all over from unsatisfied customers of yours. I now understand why. I gave you the info. I am NOT phoning Vodacom again.
