RAM couriers are rude, useless and ***********

RAM couriers are extremely rude. I am waiting for a delivery of a replacement Rain device and the one of RAM's couriers has just called me to tell me that he is coming to fetch my faulty device. When I asked him if he had my replacement device, he said no. I then told him that I was not giving him my faulty device until he delivered my replacement device. I then proceeded to ask him how he could only collect the faulty device and not bring me my new device. Before I had even finished my sentence, the RAM courier put the phone down on me. I HAVE A VOICE RECORDING OF THIS TELEPHONE DISCUSSION!!!
