Ram couriers are rude and useless.

They did not notify me that my parcel is out for delivery so i did not make arrangements for someone to available for the delivery then when i called 4 different call center agents said they will call the driver and arrange for delivery today and call me back to advise on the delivery time which never happened. The 5th time I called them the lady made me hold the line for 12 minutes then dropped the line. They are useless
