Ram Couriers are ****mers

These are the most useless couriers. I placed an order via bobgo on the 31st of March and they were supposed to collect on the 1st of April. Nothing happened and only on the 4th of April i recieved an sms saying delivery is on it way. Later in the afternoon someone phones to tell me the one of the packages is broken they cant deliver and will be taking it to hub and will be delivered the next day Saturday 5 April. Saturday morning i call them only to be told no drivers work on Saturdays so they will attempt delivery on Monday 7 April. First of all they're later coz i paid for next day delivery (which is expensive by the way), secondly after so long my package is broken and thirdly i still haven't recieved my package. What is wrong with these guys really?

The parcel has not been collected yet . reason being  incorrect receiver details logged

Thats a lie, parcel was collected and i recieved an sms on Friday 4 April that my order is out for delivery. Your guys called in the afternoon to say my package is damaged and is returned to hub and will ne delivered on Saturday 5 April. I called you guys on Saturday and i was told no driver works on Saturday.
I don't understand when you say it was not collected.

You only gave me the waybill number (which doesnt appear on my waybill) and not the status on my parcel and what will happen to (or what will be done about) my broken/damaged parcel.

the waybill number changed because  incorrect receiver details logged 

with regards to your damaged parcel you will need to be in contact with BobGo

the paint leaked out of the container , the delay with collection was that incorrect details were logged .
