RAM couriers are junk !

Checked the waybill tracking no. last entry was " No one @ home" which was a clear lie given that they didn't have a clue where i lived when they called me the next day ! Oddly I live 15 min. away from them yet in an age of google maps they couldn't find my home ! When I spoke to the driver the following day he said they don't service my area. It was a cell phone from Vodacom & I feel that Vodacom should not be using a courier company like this ! The driver made me feel that he was doing me a favour by delivering my phone a day late !
