Ram couriers are a joke
I've ordered two items from Bash, my address was supposedly wrong even though I've ordered using this address before. They went to the wrong address twice after I confirmed address again. I called again and asked when I can expect my packages, they then told me the next day which was Wednesday, Thursday they told me Friday or Monday. I'm appalled by the incompetence and lies. I hope this helps someone.

09 Sept 2024, 19:42Ram, why did you block me on chat just for asking questions about my delivery? Your customer service and attitude is appalling, I discourage anyone from using Ram, read the reviews people. There are much better reliable couriers than Ram
