RAM COURIERS ARE A BUNCH OF *********** LIERS!!!!

RAM Couriers are just a bunch of ****!!! I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday which was the last of the 72hr period but the stupid driver thought I wasn't worthy of his service. He decided that he just won't pitch and not even bother to inform me.

I tried calling him around 16:49, he ignored my first call, then blocked the rest. When he realized that I wasn't relenting he finally decided to unblock me then ignore a few more calls before finally deciding to answer at 17:33.

He then lazily gave me a stupid excuse about mud and delivering today. I told him that I need my parcel to be delivered before 12 midday, he promised it would. As I'm writing this mail it's 14:15 and I'm still waiting for my parcel. I tracked my parcel and Lo and behold, today at 8:29 AM they just logged that my delivery won't be made today. Now I had to incure insane costs just to cover the wait for my delivery.

Did I mention that there are literally two fully-functional routes that one can take to get here?! Everyone is complaining about RAM's incompetence on all social media platforms. How the company is still in business baffles me!!! And why Vodacom keeps renewing their partnership with RAM is even more perplexing.

Customers need to be given other options for couriers to deliver their parcels, then we shall see just how many will go with RAM. RAM Couriers are about to cost Vodacom a potential new customer as I'm seriously considering cancelling the whole thing and personally going to another service provider's store for a new device.
