<p>dont try and get hold of this courier if youre desparate to find a parcel!</p> <p>You now get an a recorded message - press 1 of this press 11 for that, but the time you get where you are going, namely customer service, after pressing 1 holding on for 4.5mins then disconnecting, then trying again and eventually getting hold of Nicolease (?) I had held on for 7.35 minutes for the call to be answered - really you call this service????</p> <p>You say your calls are recorded - well management, listen to them for goodness sake.</p> <p>the cell phone number which they called me from yesterday, someone anwers and then just puts it down in your ear!</p> <p> </p> <p>Lovely - that goodness my account is not with you.</p>
