RAM COURIERS AND VODACOM

Hello Peter. On the 10th of July (this month) i took out a contract with vodacom and they promised that my parcel will be delivered on Friday (last week) but until today Tuesday i haven't received any parcel. I took 2 days off from work so that i would be home when they deliver my parcel, since they want me to be present and sign for delivery. I phoned RAM several times including vodacom asking them where is my parcel. They keep on saying the parcel is on its way, others say the parcel is at the warehouse. Actually im thinking of cancelling the order because i know they will do a debit order for a parcel i havent received
