Ram Couriers and Vodacom

Ram couriers must be one of the worst. There must also be no sensible link of communication between Vodacom and Ram Couriers. What Vodacom promise and what gets delivered by Ram couriers are worlds apart. The contact phone no and person name at the delivery point was clearly stated to Vodacom. Vodacom was also asked to ensure that time of delivery need to be confirmed for person to be at the delivery address. Yet,

1. The wrong phone no’s was given to Ram Couriers, 2. Ram couriers never contacted to confirm time of delivery. 3. Person was at home during delivery but Ram couriers claim no person home. They claim they called but the alternative no on list was not called during that period. 4. A second phone was upgraded and all the errors of the first delivery was repeated.

Be warned, you can wait longer for your phone than expected. You might have to go the closest Vodacom store anyway to get the correct sim card and pay extra for it. Save yourself a lot of hazzle and rather go to the Vodacom shop if you close to it.
