Ram Couriers And It's Incompetence!

I held Ram Couriers in high regard at face value. I hand never done business with them before but once that happened, it actually left a bitter taste in the both. Ram had to deliver a contract smart phone to me and the day that the delivery had to take place they actually sent me an sms stating that the consignment was out on delivery. I waited for the better part of the day for that delivery to take place to no avail. I eventually went online to track my parcel on their website. The tracking system showed that the consignment went out on delivery at 9 am around 2pm, their tracking system had a message that stated, 'UNDER INVESTIGATION IN Isando, Johannesburg.' I then called the Isando depot but the agent couldn't tell me what really transpired but only that I ought to call Cellc so that they can resend the package. I then realised that something was fishy but Ram wasn't taking me in their confidence but telling me that my phone was ****** in their watch. I now have to wait for Cellc to sort this thing out before I can get my smart phone. Cellc on the other hand told me that if the phone was indeed ****** in Ram's care, they will need to get a certain number from Ram before they can reissue another order, a process which may take forever before I can get my contract smart phone. This is really very absurd!
