Ram couriers and “Bash Orders” a nightmare
If it’s possible to give a rating of -1 I would have done that. I have had several bad experiences with Ram couriers. The current negative experience is with regard to two “Bash Orders” . The order number are AAB*** and AAB***. They informed me that the order will be delivered on Thursday 14th Dec 2023. I waited the whole day for the delivery to happen . Deliveries from Takealot arrived as scheduled but the “Bash Order” delivery was “unsuccessful “‘whatever that means. I contact them multiple times and they promised to have it delivered by today 18/12/2023. It hasn’t happened and when I try to contact them they just cut me off. Be forewarned and never order through Ram or from the Fochini group that uses Ram as there preferred courier service provider.
