RAM COURIERS ADMIN POOR

I ordered a sim card from rain.waited 2 days after ram said tye item is on its way then tracked the item.the tracking show the driver reporting for 2 days he could not get hold of me.On seeing this I called ram customer care to confirm my cell nr. and it turned oit tyey had the wrong cell nr.They did not even attepmt to ask Rain if my tel nr is correct or attempted to inform me via e mail tyat they cant get hold of me the number they got go to voice mail all the time.
