RAM Couriers - ABSOLUTELY USELESS
I wish there was a negative rating... this one-star rating thing is a misrepresentation when it comes to RAM. These guys will tell you that you should expect delivery between 9h00 and 17h00, literally the whole day. What kind of arrangement is that. So, you wait with expectation for the 8 - 9 hours, and then they don't pitch up. Next day, same thing.. You leave your phone for a minute to the bathroom at 15h37 and they call. You try calling back they will not answer because you lost you minute after waiting two full days... On the basis of one miss, they send the parcel back to whatever dispatch hub... and they report that the parcel is undeliverable due to recipient unavailability. I am absolutely p'd off with this useless people. Only if the business that use them know how useless they are!
