On 24 Nov my parcel was not delivered after waiting the entire day due to a misunderstanding, which was acceptable. After confirming delivery address and asking them to please contact me when they are on their way the next day...nothing. They promised to deliver today (25Nov) waited the entire day and nothing. Guess what...it was not out on delivery!!!
Phoned them three times before I could get someone who sounded like they wanted to assist. Lets see if they call me back.....
