RAM couriers - a truely *********** Courier company!
I ordered a RAIN sim card on 4th June 2021. Rain uses RAM Hand-to-hand couriers to deliver their sim cards. I have never experienced a more *********** courier service than RAM! As a courier company you should be organized enough to tell your client when they can expect delivery as not everyone can make themselves available at home all day. Ram have now failed to deliver my sim card for the 3rd consecutive Day in a row! I even received a sms today from Ram, after specifically calling and confirming my availability with them yesterday, only to be told they actually won't be making the delivery today!
