I have received an sms from Clicks on the 28/11 my item will be delivered, at 12:50 I received another sms my item was delivered I did not receive anything when I called Clicks they said the item was delivered and Roseann received the item. I have been calling Ram and the lady is lien to me she said in Wednesday definitely my item will be delivered as it was sent to a Clicks store.on the 30/11 the lady from Ram called me saying Nereshnie from Clicks Phoenix said I picked up the item. RAM IS LIEN TO ME AND GIVING ME DIFFERENT STORIES IF I DONT RECEIVE MY ITEM TODAY 1ST December I will take this matter further. Who ever received my item must show the Clicks card that was used online and their ID and Bank card that was used when making the purchase. I have paid delivery costs so why lie I selected click and collect when it is clearly on my invoice delivery.
