Ram Couriers

Ram couriers is useless, my parcel was send out from Vodacom on the 11th of October, receive a message from Ram that they will be delivering on the 13th of October... It's the 23th of October, and still no parcel.... They keep sending it back to Isando, because of wrong address on the waybill slip. They keep telling me my adrss is wrong. Then I phone, give the correct address, which they have. No luck. I will never ever again let Ram deliver my stuff
