RAM COURIERS
I made an online parchase on the 29th February 2024, on the 04th of March 2024 i received an sms from the service provider that my parcel was out for delivery with RAM Couriers. At 18:15 i received a call from the delivery guy who was delivering my parcel at an incorrect address. the following morning I contacted ram and they told me that the service provider gave them an incoreect address, I then contacted the service provider to check whether my address was incorrect, the service provider had the correcnt address I dont know where RAM COURIERS got the incorrect adsress. I now have to wait for my parcel t be redirected and then delivered to me. I AM SO ANNOYED AND ANGRY.
