RAM COURIERS
A cellphone was delivered by RAM, I signed ( like with every other delivery from every other courier service) I opened the package after they left, just to find that the package was tampered with, and only an empty cellphone box was inside. I Phone them immediately, and they returned, and we found that where they opened the package to ***** the cellphone, it was fold over and taped again with RAM tape. I opened it on the other side with scissors. They admit that it was tampered with, and that someone stole the Iphone 13. RAM does not want to take responsibility for this and said that I have signed for the package!!!

22 Sept 2022, 16:25Hi Ram, we received it like this. I used a scissor to cut it open.When we open this piece that was fold over, it look like this - the yellow seal was broken, where the phone was taken out of the packet.

22 Sept 2022, 16:36Don't know if you received the second photo, that was taken when the delivery guys from Ram returned after we called them to tell them the cellphone box was empty, and they themselves fold back the bottom piece that was fold over, to reveal the tampering of the package, where the yellow seal was broken and fold over and taped again image.png 1.31 MB
