Ram Couriers

I ordered a new upgraded contract phone for my son via Cell C, Cell C uses Ram hand to hand couriers, i asked cell c to deliver the phone at my work Monday morning 27/11/2023... Ram Coueriers decided they want to deliver on Saturday morning the 25/11/2023..

I explained to them that only on Monday, there was n guy calling me to let me know they will deliver Monday morning 1st thing, Monday morning came and gone No Delivery, No Phone call...

Myself and my wife called them asking where the phone was, so many excuses was used that on Tuesday midday i called Cell C to cancell the phone because of Ram Couriers pathetic service... i even told Cell C complaints department that they must rather get a nother courier company doing their phone deliveries for them...

Ram Couriers doesnt see any delivery as a person or being serious on the clients deliveries...

They must go back to the drawing board and figure out what is Customer Services and how important it actually is...

Cant believe they still exist....
