RAM Couriers

RAM... oh my goodness I have never had such horrible service from a courier company. (To add they were not my choice but a 3rd party delivery company from DHL) . Package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday(9th June2022), they then said it would be delivered Friday the 10th, surprise surprise it still didn't arrive, were informed that it would be delivered by 8am Monday morning as they don't deliver on a Saturday when we enquired about the package. Monday morning nothing arrived when we spoke to the driver he said it would be delivered somtime in the day. The package was eventually delivered on Monday 13th at 19:30 at night after phoning and speaking to the driver all day.

The package we were expecting is for a paid event that was taking place Monday morning and was incredibly important. I have never been so frustrated and annoyed by a courier company
