Ram couriers

Never ise Ram couriers if you need a package picked up from another place. We had to wait a whole week to get our package to be delivered to us because they could not get their act together. The package was supposed to be delivered to our house adress, but they refused because only my husband could sign according to them. That is after my husband arranged with the sender that I could sign for package. He then changed the delivery adress to his work adress, stating that he would only be at work from 8 untill 11, only to have the person in Ram's office to be rude and tell them they do not get paid to do speed delivery. The package that was supposed to be here last Monday, only got delivered this morning.
