Ram Couriers

My deliver was logged on 29 November 2024 and till date I have not received it. The driver at Ram marked my delivery last night at 10pm as unsuccessful with a reason that I am not at home. But the driver never contacted me. I never received a call from the guardhouse at my complex to say that my delivery was there. Furthermore, I already requested my guards to accept all deliveries for me. I am trying to contact Ram to follow up with no response. How can you mark a delivery as unsuccessful with no contact.
