RAM Couriers -10/10

So here's the deal with the service , I have been waiting for my parcel from RAIN that has been paid for and I keep on getting calls from RAM drivers that if the driver will make it , he will try . What happened to turn around time , I mean I've been waiting for my parcel from the 7th of May and today its the 12th . This is unacceptable
