RAM COURIER WORST SERVICE EVER

Still waiting for my parcel. Driver log's movement that nobody is at home. Despite delivery address being correct and myself being at home.

Logged a complaint and get an email back with title "Nobody".

Referred to the CSD Manager Lulu Pretorius who is not available!!!

What a shocking experience! Will NEVER use them in my life....
