RAM Courier worst experience every. Not the first time.

I AM GAATFOLL WITH THIS COMPANY!! Everytime I go and something there is always an issue. Nelspruit Ram!! The service there is pathetic. I made me wait for a whole hour. Then tell my ID isn't vaild. When I tell them it's vaild they you can't make ID at the department, they still don't listen. The the lady doesn't come down to talk to me. She says she will call she only calls after I leave. This is not the first time I am having issues with this Ram. I don't know if the people there are stupid or something. Daamit!!! I honestly don't know why people still do business with these guys. They are so ***********.
