Ram Courier Worst Communication

They did not contact me once to communicate or update me on the 6 delays in one day. Eventually I called for the last time at 6pm and they tell me my parcel is not going to be delivered at all. I'll have to wait 2 days until the next time they attempt to deliver. Zero initiative or communication from their side. Worst courier company in south africa and the world.
