Ram courier wont deliver packages

Courior guy called me he could not find the business, so gave him directions and he told me he would be there in 20 minutes, and he never showed up. Checked the delivery status and that indicated that client was not available. Next day they called me to verify that i received my package and i told the personnel about what happened and she said she will get back to me about the problem and that never happened. Status again indicated client not available. No complaints department. Worst service i ever had. Still haven't received my package.
