Ram Courier sucks

my husband bought a cellphone at vodacom and Ram couriers was supposed to deliver it ,they came on monday 29 june and demanded my husband bank statement he td them he will give them proof of adress and id copy they refused ,and the following day they came back and my husband had his cc letter with him they said no they want bank statement and i on the 1st of July i called them the whole day i ended up asking for manager and he asked fir ref number and i gave it to him and he said the delivery guys were supposed to come but THEY ASSUMED MY husband didn't have a id copy with him.and he promised that they will deliver 2nd of July morning since where i stay its a high risk area ,come 2 july no delivery and i called and asked to speak to the manager and guess the operation laday put me throught to customer service and i ended calling head office whereby a lady asked me why do i want to speak to the manager and i told her and shet put me through and the manager told me he will investigate whim i was talkind to that said he will deliver today .he will make arrangements for delivery on the 3rd of july.im do heartbroken.
