Ram Courier stole my parcel
I ordered and paid for sneakers for my two kids online in July and up until today i haven't received anything as yet i tried contacting puma as well as the courier company Ram i received the worse customer service ever i will never ever purchase anything from your store ever again highly disgusted in your service and how you treat customers my money is just gone like that

14 Sept 2022, 11:10Kindly check with this cellphone number ***. i have handed the matter over to Scorpion Legal because i either want my order or my money back i have been waiting long enough since the beginning of July until now i spent R500 on airtime in one day speaking to different ram consultants that all could not assist they were rather telling me that the driver gave the parcel to my domestic working which is a lie i do not have a domestic working i had a operation and was at home all day waiting when the driver did come he harrased me in the ba*****t of my parking he came in when the guard was offloading parcels the driver asked my name i gave him and thought he brought my parcel because i called and complained he then started screaming at me saying he gave the parcel i asked him to show me the receipt of who accepted the parcel he could not provide me with that my neighbors and the guard had to escort him of the property because of his language he was using infront of my two kids i am really disgusted in the level of service received
