Ram courier speeds away after I spot him lying not being in my area to make anymore

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with one of ram couriers. The assigned courier, who was supposed to deliver my parcels, provided miscalls by ringing only once, making it difficult for me to establish contact.

Upon attempting to reach out and receiving no response, I went outside and found no one present. In an effort to facilitate the delivery, I drove to the Sasol garage, a nearby landmark, only to spot the courier there. However, to my surprise, he claimed to no longer be in Mafikeng but in Zeerust.

I am confident that the individual I encountered at the Sasol garage was indeed the courier, as someone picked up the phone when I called him, and he hastily sped off upon realizing I had spotted him. His denial and assertion that it must be another courier are concerning.
