Ram Courier Services worst Courier company in SA

The worst service provider to date. DO NOT USE RAM COURIER SERVICES. Pathetic service and customer care lies throughout and then stops taking calls??? Parcel collected from Durban 29th April, it is now the 8th of May. It arrived in Industria Johannesburg on the 1st of May and has not been dispatched for delivery.

The customer service keeps say it will be delivered tomorrow which has not happened and now the do not take my calls?
