RAM courier services sucks

I lost my RAIN simcard and called them to issue me with de new one and they did . So after 3 days I was sent sms by Ram courier to deliver the sim on friday the 26 June. I was not home on that day and I asked for reschedule to monday then they agreed. On monday I received sms again saying order has been dispatched. I waited at home the whole day and around 15:00 I called the delivery guy who called me on friday to ask where is the order and he say maybe is with someone else as he does not have it. So I called Ram call center and call cut as airtime finished before i can even speak to them. Later in the evening i decided to trace the order and it says unsuccessful as i was not available at home and i asked not to be called which is lies. I called them again this morning and the lady told me same thing and she told me that she is escalating I might receive it tomorrow which I'm not happy at all.
