Ram Courier services is a bit pathetic
I received a sms saying that my package would be delivered today it's already past 5.I gave strict instructions that call has to be given at the time before they come to deliver so that I can explain to them how to get onto the farm!!!Trying to phone,emailed everything but still nothing!!I don't like it when people sent smses to say something will be delivered and then you have been waiting all day for this were you could have been busy doing something else in stead if waiting for a package that is still not delivered.
This really ****es me off.At least of one see they have run out of time give some form of email or call but don't sms a client and end up waisting their time

10 Jun 2020, 12:50Ram services is still useless as they say the people will phone to say more or less when you will receive ur package and then still 3hours later still no ome phones..i would not recomend RAM at all for anyone to sent packages threw they are not even close enough to be called reliable....i see i am not the only people that thinks so they are not even man enough to reply on helo peter
