RAM courier services

I've been expecting delivery since last week Thursday. They seemingly did not have the correct contact number. I sent through the correct contact number and I was i for.ed that delivery would take place on Friday 8 July. After reaching out to them on call I was told that they couldnt find me at reception. I asked if they tried contacting me on the number provided and from the records I have, I was not contacted. I reached out to RAM again and told them that delivery was still not done and they promised to have it delivered today 11 July. To my surprise delivery was not scheduled for today. I reached out again to follow up on the delivery and they had a story I assume.

To say the least... I still don't have my delivery. They have now told me to prepare for delivery for tomorrow 12th July.

At this point. I'm am fed up with this delivery company. Worst service provided so far.
