Ram courier service. Pathetic, useless company

The worst service I have ever experienced. *********** staff. Since Monday the 24/10 I have spoken to over 10 different people at Ram and not 1 has been able to help me, they all lie to you and promise to phone you back, not 1 of them has phoned me back. They tell me the driver tried to phone me but got voice mail, why am I not surprised. The number they phoning is not even my number since Monday I have told all 10 people the correct number and they still can't even get that correct. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, I had to phone Vodacom and Ram and try sort things out myself, they are all useless ***********. I still haven't got my parcel, who knows when I will get it??? Now tomorrow I will have to phone everyone again and listen to all the lies. I am sick and tired of the no service from Ram. Useless pathetic company.
