Ram courier service major fail

Booked a courier for next day delivery and followed and paid all charges and forms. The package has not been collected and I could not reach anyone throughout the day. Waited all day which was a waste of time. It was vital that the package be delivered tomorrow as the people recieving it are flying over seas the next morning. Still dont know how or what to do
